CRYSTALLIZED Dog Tag - Personalize It!

All are made to order and personalized with your dog's info!
Please specify the following in checkout:
- Crystal Color (choose from chart in photos - if not specified, it will match the color of the tag)
- Personalization (up to 4 lines of text; no more than 12 characters per line including spaces. "Oil Slick Rainbow" bone and "Rose Gold" heart can only have up to 3 lines of personalization.)
- You may choose to forego personalization and have both sides crystallized. Please choose "both sides" in the dropdown menu and the price will be adjusted.
Add a touch of bling to your dog's collar with a bone-shaped ID tag CRYSTALL!ZED in 100% genuine crystals - no plastic imitations are ever used on our products! Each brilliant stone is meticulously placed by hand to ensure a detailed and high-class finish. Measures roughly 1"x1.5". Key ring included and measures 5/8" in diameter. Crystallized on one side; other side is personalized with your information (dog name, address, etc.)

Warranty & Return Policy
CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri has a limited one year warranty from date of purchase on all of our work. This warranty is void if the damage comes as a reult of putting the item in a washing machine or dryer, or if your dog gets a hold of the item and chews it up (been there!!). Keep in mind that losing a crystal or two is very normal and will happen. If, for some reason, more extensive loss of crystals occurs within the first year due to normal use, there are two options available to the customer:
- The customer can email us photos of the damage, and we will send a repair kit, which is free and includes the appropriate glue to repair the damage.
- The customer can choose to mail back the part, and CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri will do the repair work for free. For this option, please note the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from.
That being said, we do not accept returns, as mostly everything is custom and made to order.
Warning: Metallics
Be aware that any metallics run the risk of losing the metallic top coat over time from regular wear & tear. We do not recommend these colors to be used for regularly touched items, like keys, or items that are exposed to the elements. CRYSTALLIZED by Bri cannot cover loss of top coats in our warranty. However, we can (and will!) do your project with these colors upon request. Metallic color choices are: Aurum (24k gold), Dorado, Light Chrome, Light Gold, Rose Gold, and Scarabaeus Green.
