Each of our custom, made-to-order door handle caps is covered in genuine Austrian crystals that have been individually hand placed for a detailed and high-class, luxurious finish. No plastic imitations are ever used on our products - only imported crystal that’s been the best and brightest in the world for over 100 years.

- What if my car isn't in the dropdown menu?
No problem! Contact us with the length and width of one of your door handles along with your crystal color choice, and car's year, make, model, and VIN#. We will give you a personalized quote.
- Do I have to provide the covers?
You can if you'd prefer (and we'll adjust pricing), but generally, nope! We will use your VIN# provided during checkout to get the correct fitting covers. Although we are able to get door handle covers 99% of the time, occasionally they are unavailable and actual new door handles need to be purchased, or you may send your handles in. We will let you know if this is the case and offer a quote before proceeding.

CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is not responsible for incorrect fitment or related issues. If you order a part and send it in to us for bling, or request us to purchase a new part for you, you must be sure that it will fit your car. The easiest way to ensure this is to send us a part that is taken directly off your car. If you do choose to have us order new emblems/parts for you, please provide your car's year, make, model, and VIN # so we can order the correct fit based on this information, and we will get back to you with updated pricing. Cost of the new part will be in addition to crystallizing cost. CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is not responsible for manufacturer fulfillment errors or incorrect information resulting in non-fitting products. No returns will be accepted based on incorrect fitment.
Care Instructions
Although you can (and I haven't seen anything bad happen), I do not recommend putting your car through a car wash if it has crystallized accessories on the exterior. CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri cannot be responsible for damage caused by car washes or auto accidents.
Warning: Metallics
Be aware that any metallics run the risk of losing the metallic top coat over time from regular wear & tear. We do not recommend these colors to be used for regularly touched items, like keys, or items that are exposed to the elements. CRYSTALLIZED by Bri cannot cover loss of top coats in our warranty. However, we can (and will!) do your project with these colors upon request. Metallic color choices are: Aurum (24k gold), Dorado, Light Chrome, Light Gold, Rose Gold, and Scarabaeus Green.
Warranty & Returns
CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri has a limited one year warranty from date of purchase on all of our work. Please note that damage due to auto accidents, automatic car washes, power washers, dish washers, and washing machines are not covered by the warranty above. Although you can (and we haven't seen anything bad happen), CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri does not recommend putting your car through a car wash if it has crystallized accessories on the exterior. CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is not responsible for damage caused by automatic car washes.
We are a custom crystallizing company, and therefore our warranty does not cover the items themselves that are bought from an outside source (for example, tech failure of a cell phone charger). Our warranty covers only the work done by us: crystallizing.
If damage occurs during shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to let us know and send photos of the damaged item and packaging within 3 days of receipt so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping service. All packages are shipped from us fully insured, and any refunds given due to shipping damage is at the discretion of the shipping service.
Keep in mind that losing a crystal or two is very normal and will happen. If, for some reason, more extensive loss of crystals occurs within the first year due to normal use, there are two options available to the customer:
- The customer can email us photos of the damage, and we will send a repair kit, which is free and includes the appropriate glue to repair the damage, or
- The customer can choose to mail back the part, and CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri will do the repair work for free. For this option, please note the customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us.
That being said, we do not accept returns, as mostly everything is custom and made to order.
