Peel backing paper off sticker carefully as the decals can rip. If decal is bent, loss of crystals can occur a well as incorrect placement. Once placed, they cannot be moved, and any damage incurred from attempting to apply on your own is not covered by our warranty. We recommend sending your heels to us so we can place them for you.
